I've got a lot going on right now

It's been a jam-packed, fun-filled month full of visitors, and I have a lot of blog catching up to do!  Glenn's mother came--a remarkable feat given her 89 years--and so did two of our daughters.  We have also welcomed many dear friends:  tennis coaches, former neighbors, one of Glenn's college roommates and his family, an MIT colleague/fitness class friend and her husband with whom I play tennis.  We've seen others visiting Paris, like the daughter of friends of ours from our days in Cambridge UK and a friend of Kate's from MIT.  Through all of this, we are trying to keep up with friends here in France--scheduling a lunch or dinner, executing a clue hunt, attending a concert, seeing an exhibit together.

Oh, and there's work, too.

Oh, and top of all of this, Glenn came down with Covid last week.  (He seems to be largely recovered now, with some residual fatigue.  Somehow I escaped.)

Some of these events have already been documented here, but there is a lot more I would like to write about.  I will try to catch up over the next couple of weeks, but right now I will just include some snapshots from the whirlwind.

  1. Sorry to hear professor Ellison had another health issue, but glad that he's recovered and that you're having fun, doctor.
