We woke up a few days ago to a dusting of snow covering Paris. It was not enough to "blanket" the city, but perhaps it could be considered a thin sheet. Parisians were, of course, delighted. Dogs were out exploring, children were playing and laughing, and everyone (including me) was taking photos. Here is a photo I took from our apartment, showing some of the activity in the Petit Jardin, including people out with hiking poles to help navigate the treacherous conditions and dogs frolicking, apparently unaware of how treacherous a half centimeter of snow might be.
